...to stand on the meeting of two eternities, the past and future, which is precisely the present moment; to toe that line. -H D Thoreau

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be
to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. -
T. S. Eliot

These are two details from-

When Sword Swallowing Does not impress.
Together with the unrealized  inventions of man Vol. II
With notes on the impatience of man though out written history.

I show these to remind me of them after they have been  covered,
sense (see the two ‘s’?) they will be. Mostly.
It’s the type of visual subtext I love.

Title with subtitles always get my attention.
Telescoped writing, is the next best interesting thing.

I have had questions, so the answer is.
The first volume was never finished.

  1. blown off the continent...driven out to sea...these remind me of some old b&w films....

  2. mmm great contraptions, and subtitles too!

  3. jayne, i first read 'subtleties' instead of 'subtitles'.

smiling at all of it... xo

  4. V1 was never finished. You're still writing V2. So how the Hell am I reading V3???

  5. Swords Usually make A Good Impression.
